If your dash cam is functioning properly, we do not recommend that you update the firmware. If the firmware you update is incompatible with your cam, it may cause the dash cam to malfunction and could potentially lead to damage to the cam.
We have two versions of both G840H、G850 and G840S. Please confirm your version with the front and back camera photos we provided below before download the firmware. If you have any problem confirming your model version. Please email contact@wolfbox.com before you install the firmware.
