All dashcams provide a 12-month manufacturer warranty, plus a 6-month extended warranty upon registration, totaling 18 months of coverage. 

We are proud to offer industry-leading warranty periods for all our products, underscoring our dedication to superior quality and customer trust.

The manufacturer warranty is different based on platform policy. Please refer to the platform policy.

 

Extended Warranty Service:

1. Six-month Extended Warranty:  

• For Customers purchased from the online store: 

Customers who purchased dash cams, air dusters, and tire inflators automatically enjoy the 6-month extended warranty included in the Default Official Website Warranty.

• For customers who purchased from the other official platforms:

Customers have to register the order information to get an extended free 6-month warranty on our official website.

     2. One-year Extended Warranty:

1-year extended warranty service needs to be purchased in order to be activated. The extended warranty for each product can only be purchased once.

How to Calculate My Warranty:

• For Customers purchased from the online store:

Warranty Time= 18-month warranty +1-year extended warranty(if purchased)

• For customers who purchased from the other official platforms:

Warranty Time= platform warranty +6-month extended warranty( if sign up in online store)+1-year extended warranty(if purchased)

Please note: if the purchase date of the product and the purchase date of the extended warranty service do not match, the extended warranty service will be calculated from the purchase date of the product.

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty is to cover manufacturer defects and does not apply to the mistreatment or mishandling of the dashcam.
